4. Payment & Retainers

All engagements require an initial retainer fee, which is non-refundable.

Payments must be made in full according to the agreed terms before the commencement of services.

Late payments may result in the suspension of services.

5. No Guarantees

Dovesons™ implements proven, highly effective strategies, but we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, client acquisition numbers, or revenue growth. Success depends on multiple external factors, including industry conditions and client execution.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, reports, and insights provided by Dovesons™ remain our intellectual property.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share proprietary materials without explicit written permission.

Unauthorized use of Dovesons™ branding, methodologies, or frameworks is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination & Exclusivity Rights

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

Dovesons™ reserves the right to work exclusively with select clients in certain industries, ensuring market positioning integrity.

8. Liability Limitations

Dovesons™ shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Clients assume full responsibility for the implementation of strategies and their respective business decisions.

9. Compliance & Legal Governance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all engagements comply with their respective industry regulations and legal requirements.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Delaware.

10. Amendments to Terms
